Throwing and catching – Inventing games To show spatial awareness and safe moving through running and avoiding games for warm ups. To throw, catch and bounce using a range of equipment in different ways when standing still or on the move. Begin to invent own games using throwing, catching and bouncing. |

Inventing games – Aiming, striking and kicking To remember, repeat and link combinations of skills in a game. To improve the co-ordination, control and consistency of actions when bouncing, kicking or throwing a ball at different angles, heights and speeds into spaces. Make up aiming, hitting and kicking games individually and with a partner, choosing the correct equipment. |
