Stretching, curling and arching

Develop flexibility, strength and balance to hold positions to demonstrate stretched and curled shapes. Apply and transfer skills and techniques onto more complex apparatus safely. Compare performances to identify how the overall performance of a sequence can be improved.

Who am I/ Language of dance

Perform improvised dances using different ways of travelling, jumping and turning fluently. Observe each other dancing to compare performances and to suggest improvements to achieve personal best.
