Mobility exercises and efficient movement

To use their body and a variety of equipment with greater control and co-ordination. Understand how different body positions, types of equipment and take offs and landings can affect the effectiveness of an activity. Effectively work towards the rules of a game or challenge.

Group games and inventing rules

Develop and extend sending and receiving skills when using bouncing, kicking, throwing, catching and striking skills. Invent scoring systems and simple rules to make games acceptable and fair.
