Parts high and parts low

To travel and balance confidently in both high and low positions, identifying body parts that are being used. To link three movements together smoothly in a planned sequence, focusing on balance and co-ordination. To adapt and transfer work safely from the floor to the apparatus.

Turning, spinning and twisting

To turn, spin and twist on different body parts using control and co-ordination. To join together movements to demonstrate quarter, half and three quarter turning jumps. To use understanding of twists, turns and jumps to transfer work from the floor to the apparatus.
